Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting roles, ensuring high-quality placements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified finance and accounting professionals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients in the finance sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on the Finance and Accounting sector.
• Demonstrable success in sourcing and placing candidates in financial roles.
• Excellent understanding of financial job roles and required competencies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
