Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to secure new clients within the finance and accounting sectors.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client consultation and role profiling to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong network of finance and accounting professionals through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
• Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Ensure a high level of candidate and client satisfaction by providing a professional and efficient service.
• Utilize the company's CRM system to accurately track all activities and manage the recruitment pipeline.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a demonstrated specialization or strong interest in Finance and Accounting recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to identify top talent.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.
