This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, winning new business and delivering an exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing client relationships.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Attract and interview high‑calibre candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Use databases and LinkedIn to source and engage candidates.
• Produce high‑quality candidate shortlists.
• Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer.
• Provide clients with market insight and salary benchmarking.
• Contribute ideas across marketing, technology, PR and events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and client service.

Person Profile

Proven recruitment experience within Finance & Accounting. Strong sales, business development or account management experience. Commercially aware and target‑driven. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Confident building relationships at all levels. Positive, energetic and proactive. Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills. Able to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional. A strong team player with the confidence to mentor and lead by example. High levels of integrity, professionalism and commitment.
