About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy based in Norwich , is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for a variety of roles, from operational and supply chain positions to sales and marketing. This role requires excellent market knowledge, strong candidate engagement skills, and a proactive approach to business development. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of businesses within these fast-paced industries across Norfolk and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within the FMCG and Retail sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in these industries.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a focus on the FMCG or Retail sectors.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and client relationship management.
• Excellent understanding of roles and skill sets within FMCG and Retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
