You will build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers and professionals, ensuring optimal staffing solutions in the Devon area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including professional networks and job boards.
• Conduct thorough vetting and compliance checks to ensure candidates meet regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial vacancy brief to candidate placement and retention.
