Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals, from understanding client needs to candidate placement.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in niche healthcare specialisms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and pre-screening to assess skills, experience, and suitability for healthcare roles.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organisations.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends within the Scottish healthcare landscape.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant focus on the Healthcare sector.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to source hard-to-find talent in specialized fields.
• Resilience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to operating from our Edinburgh office full-time.
