About the Role

This role is crucial in connecting clients with skilled professionals in a key sector for the region. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of industrial and manufacturing roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers within client companies.
• Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates.
• Achieve individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
