You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, client engagement, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for industrial roles, including warehouse operatives, machine operators, drivers, and skilled trades.
• Conduct effective interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their staffing needs and operational demands.
• Manage candidate availability, timesheets, and payroll processes accurately.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and legislative changes affecting the industrial sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing payroll and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding client deadlines.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a commitment to client service.
• Must be able to commute to our office in Stoke-on-Trent daily.
