Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability for client requirements and company culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role.
• Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
