You will be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled personnel into a variety of industrial roles, managing relationships with key clients in the Staffordshire region. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for industrial roles, including manufacturing, logistics, and engineering positions.
• Source and vet candidates using various methods, including job boards, databases, and networking within the industrial sector.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the Stoke-on-Trent industrial landscape.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability for specific roles and company cultures.
• Drive business development to expand the client base and secure new recruitment mandates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong preference for industrial or manufacturing recruitment.
• Excellent understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the UK.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Effective client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Resilience and a proactive approach to achieving targets within a competitive market.
• Must be able to commute to our Stoke-on-Trent office daily.
