Ready to step into a role where you can genuinely hit the ground running and accelerate your development in the finance recruitment sector?

Due to continuing strong growth our client is hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a high‑performing Part-Qualified Perm desk within one of Glasgow's and the UK's most respected recruitment brands. You'll be working alongside a manager with 10+ years' experience in this marketplace and joining a collaborative team of five consultants who love what they do and, who do it very well.

This desk is busy, established and full of opportunity — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to build deeper expertise in the finance sector.

What you'll step into:

A warm, active perm desk with ongoing demand. A manager who's deeply embedded in the PQ finance market. A supportive team of five with a great vibe and strong results. A brand known for quality, consistency and long‑term client partnerships. Investment in your training, development and long‑term career growth. Who this suits?

You're an experienced recruiter (any sector) who's ready to transfer your skills into the finance marketplace — and you want to do it somewhere that will develop you faster, back your ambition, and give you the platform to succeed and a great package to reward your achievement.

If you're ready to make that move and build a career in one of the most resilient and rewarding recruitment sectors, now's the time.
