About the Role

Our client, a specialist Recruitment Consultancy in Milton Keynes , is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to focus on their rapidly expanding Technology division. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the technology sector, understanding their staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, assessing their skills and fit.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with IT professionals and hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the successful placement of candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence within the tech recruitment space.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon revenue and placement targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
• Excellent understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Commitment to working full-time in our Milton Keynes office.
