Key responsibilities include:

Developing new and existing client relationships Winning business through sales activity and account development Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates Managing temporary and permanent vacancies Negotiating fees and placement terms Building long-term client and candidate partnerships Achieving revenue targets and KPIs Delivering an exceptional recruitment service throughout the hiring process

About You
