About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead their team operating on a hybrid model in Norwich . This role involves overseeing the entire talent acquisition function, developing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the effective delivery of staffing solutions across the organization. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing the employer brand, and driving recruitment best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment , with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, tools, and technologies, including ATS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based responsibilities in Norwich .
- Experience in developing and managing employer branding initiatives.
