Referral & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Want to build a marketing programme that directly drives new customers? This isn't a traditional marketing role focused on brand awareness, content or social media. Instead, you'll take ownership of building and growing a high-performing referral and affiliate programme, designed to turn existing customers and external partners into a powerful source of new customer acquisition. Working for one of Leeds' leading D2C businesses, you'll develop the strategy, build the referral platform and create campaigns that encourage customers to recommend the business to others. You'll test different approaches, analyse the data and continually optimise performance to increase referrals and generate measurable growth. If you're commercially minded, enjoy working with data and are motivated by seeing a clear uplift in customer numbers, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a programme with real commercial impact.

The Role

As Referral & Affiliate Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a full-mix referral and affiliate marketing strategy designed to acquire new customers. You'll identify opportunities to increase referrals, develop compelling customer and partner propositions, manage campaigns and use performance data to understand what's working and where further growth can be achieved. This is a highly commercial marketing role where success will be measured by customer acquisition, referral growth and the incremental revenue generated.
