Refrigeration Engineer – Field Based South West

We are seeking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer, this is a field based role covering the South West, with the main office being in Somerset.

The Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for the service and repair of refrigerated catering equipment as allocated, primarily at the customer’s site. You will complete installations and commissioning as required as well as surveys.

As part of the role you will also complete job-sheets and quotation forms. As this is a customer facing role you will have direct contact with the customers and as such will need to follow best practice such as; calling the site ahead of visit to ensure it is convenient to attend.

As part of your customer engagement you will also have the opportunity to promote other products and services, such as equipment sales, maintenance contracts, kitchen design.

On occasion some cover for weekend call outs on refrigeration will be required.

Previous refrigeration experience is essential, field based experience would be desirable and naturally a full UK driving licence will be required
