Regional Director, South Care Home Network Leader

Care UK is seeking a Regional Director to lead the South Region, based in Surrey. You will oversee Home Managers across multiple sites, drive high standards of care, and deliver the business objectives under the ‘Fulfilling Lives’ values.

You will manage budgets, build stakeholder relationships with Local Authorities, CCG/CQC, and shape the region's growth while coaching and developing your team.
