South Regional Director of Care

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Director of Care to oversee management of all homes in the South region, ensuring safe, high-quality services, profitability, and regulatory compliance. You will coach the Senior Team and Home Managers and contribute to strategic development across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.

You will lead audits, drive policy implementation, partnerships with local authorities, and staff development, training, and safe recruitment.
