Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership and managing successful sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team effectively.
