About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Regional Operations Director to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Birmingham area. This senior management position requires a visionary leader capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with regional stakeholders. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, managing budgets, and leading teams to achieve exceptional performance across the region. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence business strategy and drive growth in a key market.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all operational activities within the designated region, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Develop and execute regional operational plans aligned with overall company strategy.
Lead and develop regional management teams, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance for the region.
Implement and maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Extensive experience (7+ years) in senior operations leadership, with a proven track record in regional management.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
Experience in managing multi-site operations and diverse teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
