About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead their operations across the West Midlands region, based in Birmingham . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives for the Birmingham region.
• Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including logistics, supply chain, customer service, and performance management.
• Manage and mentor regional operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all regional facilities.

Requirements
