Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with company-wide goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to site managers, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and local authorities.
• Ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures across all regional operations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations management , preferably with multi-site responsibilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies and initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance improvement methodologies and process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management or Operations.
