Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations within a specific geographical area. This hands-on role requires a leader who can ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of multiple sites, driving performance and maintaining high standards of service delivery. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing local teams, and optimizing resource allocation to meet business objectives. Based in or near Leeds , this position is critical for our client's regional success, requiring regular travel within the region to support and guide site managers. This role is integral to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct operations across multiple sites within the assigned region.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all regional locations.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to site managers and their teams.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar regional management role.
• Strong understanding of diverse operational environments and challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
