Registered Manager - Residential Children's Service
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £47,500 - £55,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced leader passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people?
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential children's service supporting young people with additional needs. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality, person-centred home where children's wellbeing, development and outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary care team.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
* Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, staff development and service improvement.
* Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external agencies.
About You:
* Experience managing a children's residential setting.
* Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation and safeguarding practices.
* Relevant Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
* Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children.
