Working in a team of 5 , covering shifts between 7am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, the role demand s a high level of customer focus , r eadily picking up problem ownership and working tenaciously until the problem is resolved.Maintain ance and creation of application support documentation and project execution across a range of front office and business support application suites.In addition to providing day-to-day service desk and desktop support, the individual is expected to undertake project work, including:Product evaluations and recommendationsAssist in the development of technical standards and operating proceduresProvide assistance to Senior Support AnalystsApplication upgrades and deploymentsService Now provisioningMain ObjectivesProvide detailed feedback to business managers and leadersAssist with maintaining IT controls, processes and associated reporting.Manage requests for information updates associated to controls and assurance delivery.Active involvement in UK and Group technology resiliency and Disaster Recovery testing and associated planning and reporting .Oversee and support Audit, Risk and Technical control assessment requests.Assistance with regulatory and audit items working with the International Technology Governance ManagerTier 1 customer desktop support and S ervice D esk operation sHardware support and life-cycle managementApplication installs, moves and changesApplication and hardware upgrades and mass deploymentsService Desktop p roject task s executionMobility s upport via BB UEM and WorkSpace One produc tsSupport SCCM Patching MS Deployments where and when necessaryUpdat ing Audit documentationM onitoring and m anagement of team ITSM \ Service Now queuesSkills / Knowledge RequiredStrong Customer/Service focusTeam player with s elf - motivat ionWell presented professional with good all round communications skillsDiligent work ethic to adhere to audit mandated processesAble to work under pressureFlexibleE xperience in supporting trading floor environments from Service Desk sideK nowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office productsStrong background in ITSM platforms – e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Cherwell.Full Blackberry UEM device supportTaking on Service Desk projects and ownership whilst liaising with 3 rd party vendors and or other Teams within CIBC.What you need to knowCIBC is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
