Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant: Mobility & Home Visits

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a capable therapy assistant to support physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering rehabilitation and related tasks.

You will mobilise and transfer patients, assist with functional activities, set up equipment, carry out home visits when required, and help with documentation and stock management under supervision.
