Relief Chef Manager - Seasonal Menus & Fresh Food

Thomas Franks is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our contract catering operations across the South M25 region and surrounding areas. You will lead in busy kitchens, create fresh seasonal menus and ensure compliance with brand standards and food hygiene.

The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness and excellent English communication. This is a full-time position with opportunities for development and progression within a leading independent caterer.
