Relief Manager - Self Storage

South East England (Reading/Bracknell area) Up to £32,000 per annum (dependant on experience) | Full Time | Permanent

A leading self-storage business is seeking a Relief Manager to support stores across South East England. Based from a designated home store, you will travel to nearby locations as required, providing operational support, management cover, and helping to drive sales and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide cover and support across multiple stores within the region. Act as a key holder, opening and closing stores when required. Deliver excellent customer service and convert enquiries into sales. Support stores in achieving revenue and occupancy targets. Build relationships with local businesses and promote the store within the community. Maintain high standards of store presentation, health & safety, and compliance. Ensure accurate administration, cash handling, and financial controls. Support the Regional Manager with day-to-day operational activities.About You

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or store management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales. Flexible and comfortable working across different locations. Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential). Ideally based in or around Reading or Bracknell.What's on Offer?
