Key Responsibilities
- Manage electronic correspondence, including emails and internal messaging platforms, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, managing calendars and sending out invitations and reminders.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Provide remote support to team members across various departments, addressing administrative queries.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of virtual team events and online workshops.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant , preferably in a remote capacity.
- Exceptional proficiency with cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and best practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage workload remotely.
