About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Aerospace Compliance Officer to join their dedicated team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory standards within the aviation industry from anywhere. You will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and advising on compliance matters related to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and international standards. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the company's operational integrity and reputation in a highly regulated field, working collaboratively with internal departments and external bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies within the aerospace sector.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations to ensure adherence to aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA).
- Investigate compliance deviations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Stay abreast of evolving aviation laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international aviation regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and develop compliance strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and liaison.
- Experience with quality management systems is highly desirable.
