Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance in diverse agricultural settings.
• Collaborate with agronomists, foresters, and software engineers to integrate data-driven solutions into existing workflows.
• Visualize and present complex data findings to stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science , agricultural technology, and remote sensing.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Agricultural Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably in an agricultural or environmental context .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
