Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural design concepts, including conceptual sketches, mood boards, and 3D models.
• Create high-quality architectural visualisations, renderings, and presentations for client proposals and design reviews.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, architects, and clients using digital communication tools.
• Research and propose innovative materials, technologies, and design strategies.
• Contribute to the preparation of design development documentation and design reports.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and visualisation techniques.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design and visualisation skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
