You will be responsible for translating architectural designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring buildability and compliance with all relevant standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM software .
• Ensure designs comply with current UK building regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors through digital communication channels.
• Conduct technical reviews and site inspections virtually or as required.
• Manage project documentation and ensure efficient information flow between all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings and project work.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Solid understanding of UK building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
