About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Remote Automotive Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team, supporting operations remotely from Cambridge . In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to vehicle performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Your insights will be crucial in informing strategic business decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new product features. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at transforming complex data into actionable recommendations, all while working effectively in a remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform diverse datasets from various automotive sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to vehicle performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and present findings to stakeholders across different departments.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with experience in the automotive industry highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
