About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Automotive Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts across the UK. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the automotive sector, from technical roles to sales and management. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment best practices and your understanding of the automotive industry to build strong talent pipelines and secure top talent for our client's diverse needs. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for automotive positions, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
• Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter , ideally with a focus on the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting talent for technical, sales, and operational roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
