Remote Automotive Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust software components for automotive applications using C++ or Python.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded systems and ECUs.
• Develop and maintain software for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving functionalities.
• Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the definition and refinement of software architecture and design patterns specific to the automotive domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development , with a focus on embedded systems or automotive software.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Automotive Ethernet.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture or real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for automotive technology.
