Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve common and complex automotive technical issues related to vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-help.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate and resolve product-related bugs or issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive technical support, repair, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, including engine management, ABS, and infotainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
