Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Remote Aviation Data Analyst to join their expanding operations team. This role is crucial for transforming vast amounts of aviation data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements, safety enhancements, and strategic decision-making. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating with global teams through digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional with a passion for aviation and a knack for uncovering trends and patterns within complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and process large datasets related to flight operations, maintenance, and safety performance.
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytical tools.
Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis and aviation data management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Aviation Management, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst , with a strong portfolio showcasing analytical projects.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
