Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on current and emerging aviation policies and regulations.
• Develop policy recommendations and position papers on key industry issues.
• Engage with government agencies, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to advocate for company policies.
• Monitor international aviation developments and assess their implications for the organization.
• Support the preparation of responses to regulatory consultations and policy initiatives.
• Advise senior management on the strategic impact of policy changes and proposals.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation policy, regulation, or strategic planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international and national aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, UK CAA).
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous policy analysis and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong report-writing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
