About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and sharp-minded Remote Aviation Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring compliance with the complex and ever-evolving landscape of aviation regulations across different jurisdictions. You will be responsible for interpreting regulatory requirements, developing compliance strategies, and liaising with aviation authorities. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a critical role in the company's global aviation operations and strategic planning, all managed from their hub in Wolverhampton .

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and advise on international and national aviation regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies for the organization's aviation activities.
• Prepare and submit documentation to aviation authorities for certifications, approvals, and licensing.
• Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for new projects, products, and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regulatory affairs , with a strong focus on the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of key aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAA).
• Proven ability to interpret complex legal and technical documents.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Must be self-disciplined and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
