Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant safety certifications are essential.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation safety management or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of SMS principles, risk management techniques, and aviation safety regulations (e.g., ICAO Annex 19, EASA regulations).
• Proven experience in conducting safety investigations and audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
