Remote Banking & Finance Lawyer (4-6 Month Contract)

Major, Lindsey & Africa is assisting a leading international financial institution in hiring an Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (outside IR35). This 4-6 month contract offers remote work from the UK and focuses on conventional lending transactions under LMA/APLMA documentation.

The role requires approximately 4–6 years’ PQE with strong banking & finance experience, including project, leveraged, restructure, and real estate lending.
