Remote Banking & Finance Lawyer (4-6 Month Contract)

Major, Lindsey & Africa is recruiting an Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (outside IR35) for a 4-6 month contract, remote from the UK. You will support a leading international financial institution's Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions.

The role requires 4-6 years' PQE in banking & finance, experience with LMA/APLMA documentation, and the ability to work autonomously across a broad set of lending products and structures. In-house experience is beneficial but not essential.
