Remote Banking & Finance Lawyer (4-6 Month Contract)

Major, Lindsey & Africa is seeking an Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (4-6 PQE) for a 4-6 month contract, remote from the UK. You will support the Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions, drafting and negotiating facility agreements under LMA/APLMA, with cross-border exposure.

Ideal candidates have private practice banking experience, in-house is fine, and can work with autonomy. Start ASAP / September; outside IR35.
