Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty and skincare advice to customers through live chat, email, and phone support.
• Assist customers with product selection, usage instructions, and personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Contribute to the development of online content, such as FAQs and product guides, to enhance customer self-service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor , esthetician, makeup artist, or in a related beauty industry role.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends across various brands and product types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with CRM software and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
