About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Blockchain Project Manager to lead diverse projects from conception to successful delivery. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, all within a fully remote setting. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its application. You will play a vital role in driving the success of critical crypto and Web3 initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional, remote project teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on blockchain or crypto projects .
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and dApp development lifecycles.
• Experience managing remote teams and utilizing project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
