Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering orders for remote employees, team events, and client meetings, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Research, vet, and maintain relationships with a network of diverse catering vendors nationwide.
• Manage vendor contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Utilize online platforms and tools to manage orders, track deliveries, and confirm client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding order status, changes, and delivery confirmations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with orders, deliveries, or vendor performance promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering coordination , event planning, or logistics management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online ordering systems, project management software, and standard office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is highly desirable.
