You will be the central point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency across various locations, playing a key role in the company's distributed operational model.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering orders, from initial request to final delivery and client feedback, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with a network of approved catering vendors, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Manage online ordering platforms and internal systems, maintaining accurate records of orders, payments, and client details.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive catering experience.

Requirements
