About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Catering Operations Manager to oversee their nationwide catering services from a remote setting. This role involves managing supply chains, vendor relationships, quality control, and client satisfaction for various catering events and contracts across the UK. You will leverage technology and strong communication skills to ensure seamless operations, working closely with on-site teams, suppliers, and clients to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency, all without the need for a physical office presence in Coventry .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations remotely, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction across all locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
• Coordinate with on-site catering teams, providing clear guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and service enhancements.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering management, event planning, or operations management, preferably in a remote or dispersed team environment.
