You will be responsible for managing communications, tracking orders, and resolving issues to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate catering orders from placement through to successful delivery, acting as a central point of contact.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order details, timings, and special requests.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates, confirm details, and address any queries or concerns promptly.
• Track order status, manage delivery logistics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, client interactions, and operational feedback in the CRM system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of remote operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a catering coordination, operations support, or similar role.
